How do students/staff register to use EndNote Web "off-site"?

In order to establish a token account (to allow members to use EndNote Web wherever they are) the user must access EndNote Web for the first time at www.myendnoteweb.com or via Web of Knowledge from an IP authenticated machine (e.g. onsite at their institution).

The token account is good for one year, by which time the Athens option will be available.
